1. I am happy.
2. I don't feel exhausted like I normally do by this time.
3. I feel comfortable, like I'm good, like content which is huge for me (I'm a huge ball of anxiety all of the time.)
4. I had three different emails about job stuff this afternoon/evening!! For jobs that I'm actually interested in!

"I had my first session lastnight and have never felt so relaxed and at ease. Stephanie explained everything and made me feel super comfortable with the whole experience. Though I have a hard time turning my brain off she even reassured me that reiki will still be effective...boy was it ever! I needed this more than I realized. Detoxing today and looking forward to many more sessions in the future."

Thank you Stephanie for the wonderful Reiki session today. You are a very gifted and talented healer. My session was an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door.
