Distant Reiki works. When you book a session we will communicate before and after. You will need to commit to laying down, uninterrupted for approx 40 minutes.
How to prep for distant reiki.. Lay on your back as flat as possible. Maybe a pillow under your head and a pillow under your knees if you want. Put calming music on. Turn your ringer off, or airplane mode. Lights off. Use a blanket. Focus on your breathing. Think “all is well”, and think it over and over again.
I recommend setting an alarm. Some people fall asleep. And that’s good. I just don’t want you to wake up hours later and be confused. I will text you when I’m done and I will send some notes as to what I felt. I use different hand positions for the different chakras. (7 main chakras in our body) -crown -third eye -throat -heart -solar plexus -sacral -root
Reiki is spirit energy. You may or may not feel sensations. Chills. Goosebumps. Pulsing. Heat. Pressure. All normal. Feeling nothing is normal too. It ALWAYS works. So trust.
